PDM Applications Engineer
Description: Highly Motivated self-starter to join our Product Data Management Team. As part of the team you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, training and support of enterprise-wide data management systems, primarily PDMWorks Workgroup, PDMWorks Enterprise and SmarTeam. In addition, you may be asked to conduct software presentations for our sales team in a pre-sales environment.
Job/Skill Requirements
- Basic Understanding of PLM or PDM applications.
- Basic Understanding of 3D CAD applications, SolidWorks preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communications, problem solving and analytical ability
- Working knowledge of Multiple Windows environments
- Must have good organizational skills, good problem solving skills, and a willingness to work with teams.
- Must be customer focused and service oriented.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn new skills, adapt to changing environments and show attention to detail.
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment yet remained focused on long-term organizational goals
- Working knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office
- Visual Basic or .Net programming experience would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server helpful
Experience/Education
- Software deployment experience (1+ yr. or equivalent college experience)
- Computer or technology related degree (4 year degree preferred)
Travel
- 10-25% US Travel (primarily Midwest)
Compensation
- Compensation commensurate with level of experience

Senior PDM Applications Engineer

- Working knowledge (2+ yrs) of 3D CAD applications, SolidWorks preferred.
- Experience using relational or client/server database technologies
- Strong interpersonal, communications, problem solving and analytical ability
- Working knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office
- Must have good organizational skills, good problem solving skills, and a willingness to work with teams.
- Must be customer focused and service oriented.
